Dr. M.Manoher has been working as Assistant Professor of Commerce in TDMNS College, and has put up a long teaching service. In addition to the core-subject , he got a B.Ed. degree which helps him in understanding the approaches that a teacher should make in the teaching career. He is interested in subjects outside the common domain and this earned him P.G. Diploma in Cooperative Management. He got through the NET in 2010. He has authored many books to enable the students to easily grasp the subjects.
